I plan on using the Moose River to exit my next adventure. Entry point 16 I believe. I looks like a very small shallow river that I would not like to pull the boats through. Anyone have any experience here?

I've been through that entry point twice - once in April, once in September. The river is narrow in spots, but it is deep enough. Depending on beaver activity, there might be some unmarked portages or pullovers. I think there are some photos of the pullovers on the map.

That's a nice river. I've traveled it five times on three separate trips and never had a low-water problem. For more info, see my trip reports.

We paddled up that river a few years back during a dry (fire ban ) period in September. Only recall one area, just before a portage landing, providing a minor inconvenience due to low water.
