The best campsite I visited on my trip, mostly because of the solitude. The campsite is in a quiet bay with a nice view. It is one of the few sites that only has one campsite instead of two. The landing is only OK. It is flat and open among the evergreens.

This is a pretty awesome campsite for Sylvania. It has a limited lake view and is somewhat private in the bay. The tent pads are a little less than desirable, but the spaciousness, privacy and view of the site definitely make up for it. We only considered a couple places to put the tent but in a pinch you could probably find places for several tents. The wind was a bit strong one day, so we even swam from the canoe landing. Although it was not a great swimming area, it worked fine for three people.
