We stayed here for a couple nights since Disappointment was completely full when we went through. This site got smoked by the same wind storm that leveled the island, though there are still some trees at this one. The USFS cut one nice site out of the brush and there are a couple bumpy ones besides. Nice camp kitchen. The BIFF is way back in the jungle. Don't leave the trail (if you even find a way to) because the blow down will swallow you. I went for a hike back and found some really cool giant White Pine still standing, but there are stretches where the log pile is four trees deep.
