Site is elevated. Has a really good landing with room for chair sitting in the sun. In sight of the portage from Lake one but well removed. Lots of downed dry wood within a little walk or paddle. The Throne is in an easily accessed spot from kitchen. Very pretty site.

Took this site out of necessity, but it ended up being pretty nice. The main fire grate area is on high rock looking west at the end of the peninsula, with almost 270 degree views, but it's extremely windy. Nice landing on the south side. Only one real tent pad area is separated from the main site by a very short trail, but is just off the water facing north and well protected from the wind. Really nice latrine is nevertheless too close to camp. Location at a dead end area makes this pretty secluded.

Nice elevate campsite overlooking a bay on Lake 2. Good combination of shade and exposure. Easy landing on the SW side of the point Lacks firewood sources....
