Good tent sites/tolerable Hammock options. Tenting area sits at the bottom of a hill with more open area for sitting on the peninsula that juts to the south. The peninsula also allows for a sheltered area to pull your canoe into if it's windy. Clearly gets use, but we preferred it to the site just to the west.

Original comment in 7/17/2009: An amazing island campsite with plenty of room for medium sized groups. UPDATE 2022: Still an amazing campsite.

Great site on a small island, with big pine and aspen trees, caught a bunch of pike from camp. This was a nice campsite to have the last day of our 14 day trip.

Southwest-facing island site, good landings on all sides. Open scenic point, 270 degree views. The tent area is back in the trees, but the ground is mostly bare, maybe flooded out in a recent rainstorm? 3.5 stars
