Appeared to be a nice campsite under normal conditions. We were unable to stay here due to flooding. Camp grate and one tent pad was under water.

big, open, oft used therefore trampled site popular with fishermen. can be trashy. nice views of bay and basswood falls area across the fetch. can be windy in camp. good landing and swimming. decent tent pad areas with plenty of room.

Nice sun yet has shade. Nice breeze. Good water access. Good point of land to sit on, enjoy the day and just stare. Maybe 4 hammocks.

Really nice site. our group of 3 youth and 4 adults had plenty of room here. the site is elevated for a great view and the fishing was fairly good. we stayed here for two nights. it is hard for me to judge how many tent pads are at a site because we only use one tent and the majority of us use hammocks.
