A very nice site, as long as the wind isn't whipping out of the west. Great swimming spots along the north of the island, and hiking with some bushwacking to traverse the island entirely. Nice latrine (with a lid). All in all, very nice.

Really nice site. The fire ring is out on a peninsula of rocks looking west. Fairly exposed, so cooking on the fire in wind could be challenging. We were just staying on Lake 1 so we packed heavy and brought a 2-burner stove, which we set up in a well-enclosed area back from the fire pit. Very nice place for a couple of tents and getting away from the breeze (it was cool when we were there). Good couple branches for hanging a pack over a steep drop. Latrine was well away from the camp area, clean and not very full.

Beautiful spot. Great spot for cliff jumping for kids. Spent two nights here and it rained but there is a great spot to put up a tarp and another great one for a bear rope.

Didnt camp, but we hung out for a few hours and had lunch. Nice elevated site with great 180 degree westerly views.
