Nice site with a bit of seclusion from the main traffic on the lake. Large, easy landing area; plenty of places for tarps, tents, etc.; and access to sun and shade.

A very nice campsite, good landing, nice sunset views. Large open spaces, good trees for hammocks, tarps. This was the nicest site I used on this, my first, trip. Decent fishing in bay to the north west. I give it 4 stars because I am sure there are better ones, but I haven't visited any better. Dahlgren portage across the bay is great for a daytrip, or access to Boulder River of Lac LaCroix.
