Our group of 4 stayed here the final night of our trip. The was probably the most unique campsite I've stayed at in the BWCA. It experienced a major blowdown sometime in the past and there are many large fallen trees scattered throughout the site. There is still plenty of shade however. The landing is a little small and there is no good area to tie down your canoe(s) near the landing. The best part of the site is small cliffs extending west from the site, which afford a sublime view. There are many good hammock locations right at the cliff's edge, which I really enjoyed. The worst part is that the latrine is deep in the woods and very buggy.
