I'll echo most of the other comments, but will add that the plants around the site are incredibly thorny. You really have to be careful stringing anything into the trees around the main tent pad lest you get stabbed by 2" thorns.

One perfect tent pad, 2 more adequate ones. This is a fantastic site if you're a solo tripper. The kitchen area has not-great seating compared to many sites - see the photos that other people uploaded. The best tent pad is secluded from all the wind, which can be a pro or con depending on how hot and muggy it is. The landing is okay-ish.

Spent our first and lasts nights of an eight day journey here. Squeezed in 8 guys in 7 small tents, but not ideal. Limited view but good protection from the wind. Awesome view and cell service can be found on top of the cliff South of camp.

The landing is a shallow rock shelf. Large white pine in the kitchen. There is one absolutely great tent pad - large, level, and smooth. The surrounding area is swampy and weedy.

Good C - site overall. Landing is a little rocky and murky. The fire grate is wide gage but maintained. view of the lake is minimal and slightly marshy however the water was down about 1-1.5 ft. North wind blowing into camp helps however south wind is blocked. Good walleye fishing North and South in 10-15 ft. of water. Latrine had a lid!.

One very good tent pad and a decent kitchen. Site was very clean, but not a whole lot of open space. Would use again

Stayed here after a long hard day. The tent pad is excellent and protected from the wind but has no view. This would be a great site with a good sunset which we did not get. The landing is shallow and rocky on a big shield. The water surrounding the site is a bit of a backwater and is shallow and muddy.
