The other site on Trant was occupied, and we found this adequate. Two modest tent pads up the hill right next to each other, and in a pinch maybe a third right by the fire ring. We had 3 people and two tents. More would get crowded quick. Nice view.

This is a long, narrow campsite. There's a fire ring and a bench at the point near the water. We had one tent down there as one member of our party broke her ankle during the trip and didn't want to hobble for for food. Three's probably room for another tent probably room for another within 30 feet of the fire ring. The campsite slopes uphill, with room for a handful more tents, this is where our 2 other tents were. There's a large patch of blueberries just up the hill from here. made for a wonderful addition to our oatmeal that morning.

I can confirm a campsite at this location (from my August 2005 trip), although I didn't stop to investigate. Log bench and fire ring are clearly visible on an exposed point at this position and sufficient space for at least one tent pad. This could be a better site than I've rated, but without more investigation, I'll give it a conservative rating.
