Lovely little site. nice view. Will get traffic if ppl come through, but they can cross to the far side. Great firepit area for a small group, site can hold multiple tents. Good canoe landing

It appeared the landing would be sand in normal water levels. (I was there in high water, and the sand was covered.) There is a widowmaker near the landing. The fire grate is in a really weird spot on top of the rock. People have obviously used the more logical spot for it. Illegal, yes, but I can hardly blame them. There is one large, good tent pad. Another one is near the kitchen on dirt with a very slight slant. One other possible tent pad is very slanted.

Decent landing. Poor swimming. Exposed and impractical fire grate area.

O.K. landing. Decent sheltered tent pads. A hill up to the latrine. As said, VERY exposed fire grate. It does provide a good view but, there is no way to enjoy a fire or comfortably cook.

A nice little site. Plenty of sheltered tent pads, loads of trees for your hammock and clotheslines and easy spots to store your canoe. Fire grate is on a very very exposed, not particularly comfortable rock but the previous tenants had moved the fire pit down into a very nice dirt area adjacent to the original location which, although probably not legal, is a vast improvement. Minimal bugs when we were here over Memorial Day weekend. Latrine path is clear but requires a tiny climb at one spot. Probably not the site for you if you're wheelchair bound, otherwise I very much enjoyed staying here.
