Small exposed island, no room for a latrine

I paddled by here in 2011 and could see no sign of a campsite on this tiny island. However, I spotted what looked like a campsite East, back in the shallow sandy bay. I paddled over to that beach, looked this very small site over and decided it would be okay for a night. Did not get the LAT/LON of the beach site, but there was room for at least one tent.
