Long lunch here on a very warm October day...did not overnight, but went swimming to cool off (in October!) Big site, plenty of elbow room. Decent canoe landing, decent swimming, open - reasonable amount of shade. This site is pretty versatile with nice views.

This is a large site with a nice flat rock for food prep. We have stayed here multiple times with a group of 6 multiple times. Plenty of firewood to find. The only negative of this site is that it is exposed to the wind. There is a small protected area with that has a second fire pit that can be used on windy nights.

Awesome site- big, open, two nice tent sites, plenty of wood, nice fire pit. Some TP, but generally very clean without a lot of 'improvements'. Good fishing back in bay, bald eagles and ticks. Lovely swimming hole on north side.

Stayed here end of June 09. Great site but we had 2 1/2 days of bad wind. Had a lower firepit site that was very protected but buggy at the time we were there. We had great bear bag trees, it was actually over a small hillside, keeping it up about 20ft off ground. Close to portage to Emerald and not that far to the portage to Sheridan. Very clean and not to many tp bombs. Good fishing near.

Very large, gently sloping granite point. Moderately wooded with all types of pine, some birch. Highest point is elevated about 25 feet above lake. Landings on south facing shoreline. Big fire pit. Breezy exposure.
