This site has seen better days and is not what it once was. Many dead or dying trees. Someone (I assume the park staff) has cut down several large trees with a chainsaw, leaving them scattered throughout the campsite. It will take a lot of time and effort to cut up the logs with a hand saw. Used to be a much nicer site.

Beautiful campsite. Wide open, great view of the lake in both directions. Nice, level pad for larger tents. Sand bar to the east is a great place to swim.
