Very good campsite that could easily accommodate a good size group if needed. There are two smaller tent pads in the main camp area. Then a very large open area just behind it that could accommodate a number of tents if needed. There are a few spots that work for hammocks, but they are a larger span between trees. (We were hammock camping - so no tents) There is a nice landing, but this is a raised site so there is a small climb to get to the main site area. There is a very nice open area for the main fire grate area. The view is a bit obstructed. It gave some cover while we were there and was VERY windy so that worked to our benefit. Overall, a great site and would definitely take this site again in the future.

Great Campsite that could easily accommodate max group size. Two smaller tent pads in the main fire grate area, with a large grass area just away from the main area that could fit as many tents as needed. Not many great places to hang a hammock. Really nice "garage" style landing for canoes. Really nice open fire grate area on hill above the lake w/ obstructed view of the lake. Overall, a really great campsite.

An okay site but there are several better ones on Gaskin Lake. Would work in a pinch if the other ones are taken. Landing was a little tricky. Site was small. In bug season this site would be miserable.

Nice site. Protected landing in small cove. Easy path to fire grate area. Open, flat area around fire grate with trees for tarping. At least one good tent pad that we used. Some potential for shore fishing. Watched people fishing from canoes close to big rock 50 yards from camp but trees give good privacy.
