Not a fantastic site, but it survived the 2021 fire. Small pocket of green trees at the front, the burn comes right to the back of the site. Nice spot for lunch but we didn't want to camp here.

Small site which was very buggy when we were there. You absolutely need a west wind to make this one tolerable if the bugs are out. Good fishing nearby. Takeout is not ideal up a granite slope which can be treacherous if wet. Couldn't see staying here for more than one night, but filled the bill for an early morning pickup at Black Robe portage.
