its on the portage.... I would stay here. But only if it was late in the day and you could plan for no one to pass through...

Wide open site sitting on the south side of the portage. The blowdown hit this area hard so there isn't a lot of cover. Not too bad, but wouldn't be private at all.

Since this site is literally right on the portage you'd have to share those landings. Not sure where the canoes would be stored? There is however, a decent fire grate area and a couple of tent pads. Long walk to the latrine. Raspberries.
