Elevated grassy site on top of a granite point, great views, so-so landing

Stayed here in 2013 and 2015. Can approach/land canoes on SE side of point, or on N shore just West of rocky point. Great panaramic view of Darkie. Only one partielly felled widow-maker remaining. Tougher to scavange wood-fuel at this site.

Big campsite high above lake, grassy tent sites, big granite slab. Landing good but not obvious to find. Great view over lake. Two widow makers!!!

Large fire pit. This site has a great view of the lake and catchs enough breeze to keep the bugs down. Some TP showing in the woods and there's no trees close to the site for hanging the food bag. Stayed here in June 2003 when water levels were down. Had no problem getting in and out of the canoe but I've been told at normal levels this can be more difficult. Expect to see some traffic from this site as others canoe up and down the Darky River.
