The mosquitoes were really bad, but bug spray and a head net kept them managed. The site is privately situated in a bay behind an island, so on a day with strong winds out of the west it's decently protected. Two landings for canoes were fairly easy to maneuver. The site is laid out well and we enjoyed our time there. It was tricky to find a place to hang our food, but that was the case for many of the sites we visited on our trip.
