Decent island site. Not a blueberry to be found. Quite heavily used with a good fire pit combined with table. 2 good tent pads, one with a nice view.
The landings were not great, on either side.

Day trip -
Open space - it looked like you could get a few tents on this site..
With lots of blueberries!
Nice waterfront and lots of rocks to relax and watch the stars!!

There are a couple of places to put tents, but most of the island is solid rock. Great views of the lake. In low water, there is a nice rock ledge on the west side of the island that makes a great landing (in high water it is under water). The kitchen has a massive, thick, flat stone that you can use as a kitchen counter. The site is heavily used, though, and it shows.

Because of the effects of heavy use when I was here, I gave this site a lower rating than it otherwise would have gotten.

Easy landing. Fire pit. Heavily used. Flat tent spots were small and limited. Thinly forested in pine and birch. Potential to be a very windy location.

Blueberry Island site. Can't remember # of sites, but we liked it.
