Rocky landing that will likely pose problems in rough water. Exceptional log seating under a red pine canopy that provides a marginal view of the lake. The site is elevated and mostly duffed in pine needles but, most of the site is noticeably sloped. There is a faint trail to the east that hooks up with the portage, and thus the BRT, to provide an excellent hiking opportunity.

Nice site, on a slight hill. Three good pads, a fourth in the woods just to the east. Good fire area. Some swimming on the east side of the site. Firewood best gathered by canoe. Nice mix of sun and shade and good views of the water.

OK Campsite with reasonable number of tent pads. No swimming area as water entry is difficult
