Shallow, sandy landing - maybe too shallow. The best landing is around the corner to the north in the shallow bay. Slight climb up to the campsite. Nice setting in woods with a partial view of the lake from the kitchen. There is one good tent pad. The other two tent pads are OK - not quite level.

A bit for a rough landing. The pit has many tarp options and the view is incredible. It can tend to be windy.
