Came by this site a few years ago, but when we were there the landing and area near it were weathering/eroding badly. Probably due to the muddy/dirty nature of Kelso.

Great site. Good landing but it gets really soft with lots of traffic. Excelent view for sunsets. Lots of traffic during the day.

nice site. great western and southern view of kelso lake. amazing site for sunsets. lots of travel from alton and sawbill

Stopped for lunch here. On top of a high rock outcrop, good veiw of Kelso. Landing was sandy, and the tent pads were OK.

The landing is very nice - sandy (thought slightly muddy sand). There is a nice view from the kitchen on top of a rock. The site is well-used.

Just stopped to start a fire for a wet partner. Very nice landing. The best pad is flat and level, but looks like it could collect water in a heavy rain. Lots of tree for the hangers. The kitchen area was quite breezy with a wind out of the south.

great site but we only stopped for lunch. Elevated rock area for hanging out. Pretty good size
