This was also not a phenomenal site, but it was my favorite of the three. I was here on a solo weekend and had the most incredible wildlife experiences. I encountered otters in the far west end of the lake before choosing a campsite. After settling into this one, two beavers came up into my campsite and had their dinner, allowing me to sit just ten feet away and enjoy the company. Just then, five more otters swam by. Add in loons, kingfishers, and woodpeckers and it was quite the weekend for wildlife experiences!

Bareback Bay- It's still not clear to me why most of my mates failed to wear any clothes for the duration of our stay on Pipe, must have been the clean northern air. And one of them Lebanese, damn. The site itself is alright, kind of small but with a few good tent pads and decent swimming from shore.
