The landing was OK. It was just wide enough for us to park the canoe, but it still was not easy to get out. The campsite is set in cedar and balsam. The view is OK from the kitchen - mostly blocked by trees. The tent pads are very large and can fit multiple tents in the site. The "soaking pool" is also at the campsite where the creek enters the lake.

We stopped in for lunch admist the snow. Probably about 5 inches of snow on the campsite made it really pretty. There seemed to be some nice tent pads and the camp kitchen was serviceable. Having the site right next to the creek was awsome, though maybe buggy during the summer.

Lake-level, medium-sized site with open kitchen area. Only two real tent sites. Small landing area. Right next to a crystal clear stream and a short walk from some excellent waterfalls. Not as close to the portage as shown on maps.

Nice little stair step landing. Open fire grate area with view of the lake. Several premium tent pads. Short trail to the flume rapids & bath tub swimming area where the river washes into the lake. Also, a longer hike leads to an enchanting waterfall behind camp. Some nice large cedar trees near camp. With it's proximity to portage trail and waterfall, privacy may be an issue.

Nice, but I bet very popular in mid season as there is a great soaking pool in the stream adjacent to the camp site. The river is outstanding and be sure to trek the trail to a spectacular waterfall. Good fishing and a very pretty lake. This site does not offer either a sunrise or sunset vista. The western site looks right down the lake however is located near a swampy area.
