Long tougher portage with numerous small elevation changes and a narrow brushy trail at times. I don’t recall either end being difficult to find or access. I’d say this portage seems used less than most, but in spite of its length, probably easier than at least a couple of shorter portages.

One of the longer portages in Sylvania. The landing on the Loon side is a little challenging to spot, but the landing is easy and trail crosses good dry ground as you go up and over the hill. Landing on the Fisher side is a bit interesting because of some deadfalls and floating bog. Fisher lake is beautiful and secluded.
