Approaching from the east, I just landed at the campsite for breakfast before the portage. The portage is easy to find from the campsite. Looks like you could land to the left on some rocks upstream of the rapids just north of the site and scurry up the hill to the trail if the site is occupied. Otherwise, no special notes here.
