This portage has been re-routed to the west up on the high ground. When going west follow the orange flagging tape up the hill shortly after the start of the portage. If you are going eastbound watch for the fork in the trail about 50m after the start of the portage. Take the sharp right hand trail for a drier walk.

The hilliness index for this portage is not correct. It starts and ends as indicated but the path between bends toward the southwest and now goes straight over the highest point. This was one of the highest climbs of our entire trip. My guess would place hilliness index at 150 or higher.
