Sign reads 367m. The take-out is decent, just be careful walking up with the canoe to get to the stairs. Put-in is good, I put-in on the right side of the rock point. Was able to float the canoe in the reeds and walk in to load the canoe. Be careful when raining, I could imagine the trail to be quite slippery when wet.
