We were able to paddle up to the portage, so it wasn't too bad.

As tuscarora said, it's wet and mushy. I was glad to be here now though before the plant growth gets worse in the bay. Not a bad portage and it was the last of a tough evening.

Coming from Green: Unless water levels are high enough you'll likely have to walk alongside the short small creek until you get to the portage proper. Obviously it will be a rather mucky slog. Once past the stream the trail is very easy.
