Short, fairly easy paddle into mack creek. In July, 2023 we were able to paddle the entirety of Mack Creek with only one beaver dam lift over. Saw numerous goldeneye duck families and a moose! The junction of Mack Creek and the Wawiag was a highlight of our trip!

Rocky landing on the Mack creek side, but otherwise nothing special. We were able to float the entire Mack creek on this day, traveling somewhat light (two 50 lb bags and two lighter adult males). We had been warned that floating the creek was impossible so this was a pleasant surprise. There were 3 beaver dams to lift over.

Don't paddle past this one, it's there for a reason! We missed the entrance and nearly took a pretty substantial ride as a result.
