Long stretch with several rocky sections that can be slick when wet and covered with pine/spruce needles. Take your time and watch your footing.

We usually single-portage. Travelling upriver, this convinced me to slow down and do some 1.5/double portages. The elevation gain winded us and the challenging rocks in wet conditions slowed us down.

Longish, but otherwise not as bad as the others on this route. If traveling downstream, keep close to left shore above the falls. Buggy.
