Fun little ski trip in to visit Trap Lake. The waterfall near the Bearskin end was still flowing beautifully. The portage has a few ups and downs, but wasn't terribly difficult. It did take me a little while to figure out where the portage landing on the Bearskin end was though.

Headed towards Crocodile, its a stiff climb at the beginning, but levels out. Footing is pretty good through out with only a couple muddy spots. One or two deadfalls complicate things.

Definitely uphill headed from E. Bearskin into Crocodile. The trail is pretty well maintained and should not cause too much grief. Lots of Moose and Wolf sign. A pretty portage when you can pick up head up and look around. When entering from E. Bearskin the portage is on the backside (East) of the falls. Difficulty: 2/5
