We went through this one after dark, but it's not bad. Fairly narrow on both ends considering how busy Caribou can be, but this portage is nice regardless. It can be a mud pit in low water.

Narrow, boulder filled landings on both ends. Climbs slightly out of Caribou over a trail laden with inconveniently angled boulders. Passes by some nice cedar trees.

Nice entry from Caribou, mud on trail. The Western side has moss on the rocks which are very slippery. Connects to a small stream/river with lots of tall grasses. Easy.
