For those vaccinated against COVID, the border is in the process of opening.  Good news for those of us who would like to paddle in Ontario.

My plan is too canoe is the SE corning of Wabakimi Provincial Park right after Labor Day in September.  Assuming this is the case, I'll give up my 9-7 Cross Bay Lake permit.  Hope to see a woodland caribou and catch some pickerel (that's Canadian for walleye).
