Paddled the kayaks from the Burntside public access to the Crab Lake portage and walked the trail. Had lunch at Crab lake and then hiked back. Nice round trip for the day. Portage is listed as 408 rods which I think is pretty accurate. Paddle around Burntside a bit back to the landing. Good day trip. Portage was in great shape, even after all the rain.
