Was trying to add info to the Quadga Lake/Isabella River area and wasn't able to because none of the caMpsite & portage icons displayed on the page for that area.  Noticed they were displaying on Bald Eagle Lake, Gull, Pietro etc.  The cutoff appeared to be the portage between Bald Eagle & the Isabella river.  Not sure whats going on?

There was probably just an error loading the data. Either you can reload the entire page or press the "reload" button on the map to reset and reload the icons.

Noticed the campsite on the Isabella river just before the portage into Bald Eagle hasn't been showing up for me on the map lately???

Both phone & laptop.

This one?

Shows up for me. I don't know why it would not show up on your map.

Nope, not that one.

That one shows up for me too. The one I'm referring to is supposed to be just before the 141 rod portage in to Bald Eagle, on the south shore of the Isabella river. (As I recall, you could walk to it from portage trail.) It doesn't show up on the link you sent me either, so I'm thinking it's not just me?

I know I've seen it on PP map before.

I don't think I have ever had that one on the map. I added it. Based on the number on bwca.com, it is a newer one.

It's (the campsite) been there for a long time. In fact a few weeks ago I even seen reviews for it on PP when researching the area. Not sure what happened or, why it didn't show up the other day?

Thank you.

I think it must have been somewhere else that you were looking at the reviews. I looked at my test website, which has an old copy of the database (several months), and it was not in there, either. Well, it is there now. Thanks for the correction.

Hey Ben,

Did a quick trip through the Island River EP into Isabella River this past weekend chasing the ice out. wink  (Hope to post a trip report in the near future.)  Anyhow...I was able to make it to campsite #1928 on the Isabella River.  It's the first site west after the Pow-Wow trail intersects the river.  I noticed the PP map has it listed as closed/black.  I can verify that it currently has a firegrate & latrine with a couple nice tent pads.  I already added my rating and comments but thought you might want to update it as an open/serviceable site again.

Also, I can verify that all the other sites you have listed as closed/black between Isabella Lake & Rice Lake are indeed no longer there.  In fact even using my GPS I couldn't even locate where, exactly, they may have been.

Thanks for all you do.

Thanks for the update. I changed the status to open. I hope it was a good trip - I'm almost ready to start my paddling season.
