Looking for recommendations on low-mid range waterproof binoculars. Primarily to look across the lake to see if sites are occupied. Thanks!

We sometimes bring a little pair of Eschenbach birdwatching binocs. They fold down pretty small and can take a bump or two.

Not sure if you’re still looking for binoculars. I picked up a pair of Nocs, a relatively new brand, they’re waterproof and compact. Good eye sights, comfy, grippy, good magnification. They lack the quality of some well known names in the optics world, but for $100, or whatever they were, they work great for exactly that, scouting lines through rapids, or checking out wildlife. I did see that they offer a monocular ad well, but read that it’s not waterproof.
