I added portage track GPX files to the downloads page. Previously only the portage end point files were available. I have restricted the track files to Expedition Leader members and above.

I have tried to import Quetico Campsites and a custom gpx file into a Garmin Fenix 7 watch and both give the error Your course cannot be imported. Something is wrong with this file.

Importing a short planned route works, but it has no campsites.

What software are you using to send it to the watch?

Are these gpx files for the portages any different than the data included in the kmz files available for download?

No, not at the moment. I might add in user comments in the future, though.
