This campsite is similar in quality to Campsite 1009 but feels more open. It also has a sand beach, though it is smaller and more gravelly. The kitchen has a great view of the lake, and the site is open, breezy, and west-facing, which should help significantly with bugs. Compared to Campsite 1009, this site is less sheltered but offers better airflow and a more open feel.
