This is a very secluded campsite located away from main travel routes. The surrounding area is somewhat swampy, so I would expect it to be buggy. The landing is narrow but workable for a single canoe. The campsite is screened in by balsam and has only a narrow view of the lake through the landing area. I found one good tent pad that was slightly uneven but usable. There is another spot where you could place a tent, but it is lumpy and slanted. I also noted some hanging trees in the area that would be worth watching when setting up camp.

We couldn't find any sign of this site and the area where it is shown on the map appeared very swampy.
