Very nice campsite, lots of room for a big group. Good landing spots to the east and west of site, the front porch is VERY steep but beautiful. Tons of seating and shade. Good hammock trees and plenty of flat tent spots.
Fishing was fantastic on the east side near the entrance of a small cover. Lots of smallie and crappie.
Only real drawback with this site was that you are tucked back a bit so if there is no westerly breeze the skeets will be bad. It does face the burnt down section of the lake, although it seems to be coming back very well.

Very nice site. The fireplace is up high with a commanding view of the lake. Relative privacy, didn't see anyone for three days in September. Easiest take out is around the small peninsulas to the left as you approach from the north. These little inlets are also nice wading or swimming areas.
We saw trumpeter swans one morning!
Fishing was poor due to the warm temperatures and very sunny weather during our week there, but others report it is good other times of the year.
