Elevated view of the river, but it is probably busy since it is on the main travel route. Landing is very nice - sand/gravel pull-up with room for a couple of canoes and a place for canoe storage. Kitchen is wide open with very little shade. I found two tent pads. Neither is large. One looked like I would have trouble with tent stakes, but it was flat.

Very small campsite. Stopped here for lunch on a day trip of fishing and paddling so we did not fully explore the site. The landing is above average. The fire grate is up on a small bluff overlooking the lake. No way to set up a tarp around the fire grate. May be able to get one hammock and tarp up down by the landing. The latrine was between two hills and seems like it could get real wet and buggy. As a rest stop for lunch, it was great. It would be desperate times if I were to sleep here.
