Not a nice site. Low and buggy, not awesome tent pads. My group decided to push on even later into the night with hopes for something better.

The campsite faces south. The day we visited, there was a strong south wind, and the campsite offered no protection from it. The campsite is low, almost level with the water. When we visited, the latrine trail was a little wet and swampy. The landing is a grassy ledge - you can pull your canoe right up to the grass and unload from there. When I visited this lake, I was hoping to find a nice campsite off the beaten path. Unfortunately, I was disappointed.
