Windbound here for part of a day back in 2022. I thought this camp was doable depending on group size. There's an amazing tent pad up on the SW knob...it's truly special. With that being said, you would probably get bombarded here with that LLC west wind. I have spent two weeks or so on LLC and I would guess the west wind hits more times that not.

The big tree is still down, which still limits the tent pads locations. If west winds are up, the site will be fairly exposed. That said, this area of islands is really excellent. It's fun to paddle, and I saw two otters just east of this island.

I would look elsewhere to camp. A big tree was down and until it gets removed there is limited tent space.
