Only good for small groups. Kitchen is in a cool spot and is a nice overlook with lots of choke cherries around for foraging. Tent spots are small and there are really only two. There are walking trails that lead away from the site out to the west point of the island for those who want to try shore fishing.

I didn't like the site at first, but it grew on me. It has a very easy, gravel landing that doubled as a great swimming spot. The kitchen is slightly elevated with a decent view. It is a little off the main travel route, so while we saw some people in the distance, not too many came right by the campsite. The tent pads are a little rocky but flat. I could not find a good hanging tree. There is a path out to the point to the west with a sitting log and a tent pad. It is quite a ways from the main site, so I don't know how often it is used as a tent pad, but it was a nice reflection spot.

Great kitchen at this site. One very good tent pad, and a second that had some trouble draining. Both pads were well sheltered by trees. We had cell service at the site the whole trip on T-Mobile and AT&T. Latrine was getting dangerously full, and fire wood was tough to come by, but overall an above average site.
