This campsite is tucked away in a far bay off the main travel path, so you probably are not going to see many people down here. It has an excellent view of the cliffs across the lake, which makes the setting very picturesque. The campsite itself is okay. The landing is small, narrow, and a little hard to navigate.
The kitchen is just barely above the water and sits pretty close to the shoreline, so the view comes from the open water in front rather than from being elevated. Cedars along the shoreline frame the view from the kitchen, while the area behind the site is mostly spruce. There are some white pines visible along the shoreline, but they are not really in the site itself.
I found one good tent pad and two maximum tent pads. The good pad is directly behind the kitchen and is a little lumpy, but it looks like the kind of soil that would probably flatten out once used. The second pad is close to being good, but it is a little lumpier. The site is small and everything is basically in the same space, but for a campsite off the beaten path, it is decent.

Great views and you have the lake all to yourself. Other than that, it is not a great site.

Gerund was a pleasant find! It's tucked away with some great views. Small site, but we managed to fit 4 tents and two hammocks.

What this site lacks in tent space it makes up for in solitude by being off the beaten path. It also has a stunning view of a cliff face along the south shoreline. We managed to get 3 tents and 2 Hammocks hung up here but it was very tight. We ditched on a windy afternoon to stay here. It was not a planned stop but I enjoyed it none the less.
