This campsite is at the base of a peninsula on the north side, and it is not a very desirable site. I initially landed in the wrong place along the steep rocks on the north side, but the better landing is closer to the base of the peninsula, where there is a place to pull in.
The fire grate sits on top of a rock about three feet above the landing. Most of the peninsula is rock, so there are not many good places for tents. The only tent pad I would call good is at the very tip of the peninsula, and even that has caveats. It looks like the soil is shallow, but at least it is level compared with the rest of the site.
There are two other possible tent spots, one near the fire grate and another on the high point of the rocky peninsula, but both are slanted and not ideal. The other major issue is water. The latrine trail was under several inches of water when I visited, and the main campsite sits in a low area where water seems to collect.
The fire grate and latrine are raised somewhat, but much of the site looked wet. There is not much tree cover either, with only a small jack pine near the kitchen, a few small white pines, and some cedars along the shore. It is serviceable, but it would be one of my last choices.

Not much of a site, no good trees for hanging food or hammocks, nowhere good to land a canoe and only 1 small serviceable tent sites. Did have a nice view of the lake and the kitchen area was ok but I'd pass unless you're desperate.

Serviceable for a night. One tent pad up beyond the fire grate.
