This campsite is tucked into a dead-end bay, so I doubt you would see many people here. The landing is okay. It is not great, but it is also not one of the worst I have used.
The campsite itself is small, basically a little clearing on top of a rock shelf. There are mostly cedars and spruce around, with a couple of small red and white pines. I am not sure how easy it would be to find a good hanging tree. The kitchen area is close to the water and has a good open view out onto the bay, with nothing really screening the lake. If there is a west wind, you might get a nice breeze through camp.
The best tent pad is up the latrine trail in a little cedar grove, though it is fairly close to the latrine. There is another tent pad by the kitchen, but it is smaller, lumpier, and starts to slope once you get outside the flattest part, so it would work best with a smaller tent. The latrine trail is not long, but it is steep, so be aware that getting to the latrine and the better tent pad involves a short climb.
